Enjoy an exclusive recipe of fried fish that's constructed with simple spice combo. Combo of spices makes this fried fish very tasty.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon peppercorns
10 curry leaves
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1½ teaspoons fresh ginger, grated finely
1 garlic herb, minced
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 (4-ounce) kingfish steaks
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lime wedge
Directions:
Heat a surefire skillet on low heat.
Add coconut, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, peppercorns and curry leaves and cook, stirring continuously for about 1 minute.
Remove in the heat and let it cool completely.
In a spice grinder, add the spice mixture and turmeric and grind rill powdered finely.
Transfer the mixture in to a large bowl with ginger, garlic, salt and lime juice and mix well.
Add fish fillets and cat while using mixture evenly.
Refrigerate to marinate approximately 3 hours.
In a big nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
Add the fish fillets and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes per side or till desired doneness.
Transfer onto a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Serve with lime wedges.
