Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
5 tilapia fillets
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, shredded
4-ounce freshly ground ginger
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
8 scallions, chopped
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt coconut oil on medium heat.
Add tilapia fillets and cook for around 2 minutes.
Flip the inside and add garlic, coconut and ginger and cook for about 1 minute.
Add coconut aminos and cook for around 1 minute.
Add scallion and cook for approximately 1-2 minute more.
Serve immediately.
