One in the healthy muffins which are bursting with healthy blueberries. These tasty muffins get a supplementary taste with the topping of ground cinnamon.

Ingredients:
2½ cups almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
½ tsp baking soda
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, divided
Salt, to taste
2 organic eggs
¼ cup coconut milk
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon organic vanilla flavor
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 10 cups of a large muffin tin.
In a big bowl, mix together flours, baking soda, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl, add eggs, milk, oil, maple syrup and vanilla and beat till well combined.
Add egg mixture into flour mixture and mix till well combined.
Fold in blueberries.
Place a combination into prepared muffin cups evenly.
Sprinkle with cinnamon evenly.
Bake for approximately 22-25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted within the center is released clean.
