Ingredients:
½ teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon garlic paste
2 tablespoons chickpea flour
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
Salt, to taste
Water, as required
1-pound kingfisher fillets
Olive oil, as necessary for deep frying
Directions:In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients except the fish and oil and mix till a paste form.
Add the fish fillets and coat using the paste generously.
Refrigerate to marinate for approximately 1 hour.
In a substantial deep skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat.
Add fish fillets and fry for about 3-4 minutes per side or till desired doneness.
Transfer onto a paper towel lined plate to drain.
