An adorable recipe while using mix of stir-fried shrimp and spiralized zucchini. Definitely the whole family will love this particular lighter and comfort meal.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1-pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 large zucchinis, spiralized with blade C
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4-6 fresh basil, eaves, chopped
Directions:In a big skillet, heat ghee and essential olive oil on medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté approximately 1 minute.
Add shrimp and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes.
Add zucchini, tossing occasionally and cook approximately 2-3 minutes.
Stir in salt and black pepper and take off from heat.
Serve while using garnishing of basil leaves.
