A colorful presentation of your beef and mixed veggies. This colorful meal is super delicious and hearty as well.

Cooking Time: twenty or so minutes
Ingredients
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 red onion, sliced
2 red jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced
2 minced garlic cloves
1-pound lean ground beef
1 small head broccoli, chopped
½ of head cauliflower, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 celery ribs, sliced
Chopped fresh thyme, to taste
Dried sage, to taste
Ground turmeric, to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt coconut oil on medium heat.
Add onion, jalapeño peppers and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add beef and cook for around 4-5 minutes, entering pieces using the spoon.
Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally for about 8-10 min.
Serve hot.
