A simple one dish meal using a tasty twist of fresh lime juice, ginger and peanut butter. This dish is better to give all your family members.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, sliced thinly
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1-pound lean ground beef
1½ tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 small head purple cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté for about 4-5 minutes.
Add beef and cook for approximately 7-8 minutes, getting into pieces using the spoon.
Drain off the extra liquid in the skillet.
Stir in fish sauce and lime juice and cook for approximately 1 minute.
Add cabbage and cook approximately 4-5 minutes or till desired doneness.
Stir in peanut butter and cilantro and cook for about 1 minute.
Serve hot.
