One of the easiest ways to prepare spicy beef in a very delicious meal. combination of spices and coconut milk adds a creamy deliciousness in beef.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 whole cloves
2 whole cardamoms
1 (2-inch) piece cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 onions, chopped
Salt, to taste
½ tablespoon garlic paste
½ tablespoon fresh ginger paste
1-pound lean ground beef
1½ teaspoons fennel seeds powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1½ teaspoons red chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup water
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:In a sizable pan, heat oil on medium heat.
Add cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and cumin seeds and sauté for about 20-a few seconds.
Add onion and 2 pinches of salt and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic-ginger paste and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add beef and cook for about 4-5 minutes, entering pieces using the spoon.
Cover and cook approximately 5 minutes.
Stir in spices and cook, stirring for approximately 2-2½ minutes.
Stir in coconut milk and water and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
Season with salt and take away from heat.
Serve hot using the garnishing of cilantro.
